Omnichannel Terms of Service
Effective Date: November 2, 2026 · Applicable to all Merchant, Tenant, and System Users
1. Scope of Service & Acceptance
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Lintas Digital omnichannel commerce management platform, services, software, APIs, and associated web portals (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, authenticating via login, connecting external marketplace stores, or operating the back office, you ("Merchant", "User", or "You") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
The Platform provides unified omnichannel commerce capabilities, including multi-marketplace synchronization (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Blibli, native online storefronts), central inventory management, live buyer communication (Chat Console), automated warehouse fulfillment (picking, packing, invoicing, shipping label generation), and enterprise financial ledger tracking.
2. User Accounts, Team Roles & Security
Access to backoffice operations requires authenticated accounts. You agree to safeguard your login credentials, passkeys, two-factor authentication (2FA) recovery codes, and API tokens. You are solely responsible for all activities, data updates, and orders processed under your credentials.
- Multi-Tenant Team Permissions: Account administrators must designate appropriate granular permissions (Catalog, Orders, Warehouse Fulfillment, Finance, Marketplace Store Authorizations) according to the principle of least privilege.
- Unauthorized Access: You must immediately report any breach, compromised token, or suspected unauthorized access to [email protected].
3. Marketplace Integrations & Third-Party APIs
The Platform connects directly to third-party e-commerce channels (including Shopee Open Platform, Lazada Open Platform, TikTok Shop Partner Center, and Blibli Developer API) using official OAuth2 token exchanges and authorized webhooks.
- Compliance with Marketplace Policies: You agree to comply at all times with the respective Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policies, and Developer Agreements of each connected marketplace channel.
- API Rate Limits & Throttling: Operations such as automated price sync, stock quantity broadcast, and chat message relay are subject to marketplace rate limits and scheduled background processing queues.
- Third-Party Outages: We shall not be liable for order ingestion delays, tracking number generation latency, or chat push drops caused by downtime or maintenance of external marketplace systems.
4. Catalog, Inventory Synchronization & Pricing
Merchants are solely responsible for the accuracy of their master products, SKU variation mappings, bundled combinations, cost prices, and published retail prices across channels.
Stock quantities are dynamically reserved across multi-warehouse locations. While the Platform employs automated reconciliation algorithms to mitigate overselling, volatile market spikes or concurrent offline sales remain the operational responsibility of the merchant.
5. Order Fulfillment, Invoicing & Warehouse Workflow
The Platform enforces structured warehouse fulfillment workflows designed to prevent mispicks and packing errors:
- Picking & Invoicing: During the order release stage, the system generates a Pick List and Customer Invoice equipped with scannable 2D QR codes and barcodes for rapid warehouse picking.
- Packing Verification: At the packing station, the invoice QR code is scanned to load the order, followed by item barcodes to verify SKU accuracy before package sealing.
- Shipping Label Generation: Airway bills (AWB) and logistics shipping labels are retrieved and printed during verification at the packing station to ensure parcel accuracy.
6. Personal Data Protection & Privacy Compliance (UU PDP)
In compliance with the Indonesian Personal Data Protection Law (Undang-Undang No. 27 Tahun 2022 tentang Pelindungan Data Pribadi - "UU PDP") and applicable global data privacy regulations:
- Buyer Information: Customer Personally Identifiable Information (PII)—including recipient names, delivery addresses, phone numbers, and chat message records received from marketplaces—must be utilized exclusively for order fulfillment, logistics delivery, and customer service.
- Prohibition of Data Harvesting: Merchants may not harvest, extract, scrape, or resell buyer personal data for unsolicited marketing, third-party profiling, or illegal activities.
- Data Retention & Security: Data at rest is secured with encrypted storage, database access restrictions, and audited role-based security controls.
7. Service Availability & Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to maintain high availability and data integrity, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operations. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lintas Digital and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, loss of profits, inventory discrepancies, or marketplace penalties resulting from system usage or marketplace downtime.
8. Modifications & Governing Law
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any revisions constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.
